Tony has been a litigation lawyer for over 18 years. He is an experienced and capable advocate, thinking outside the square to identify a defence in Court, a solution to a dispute, or a means to conclude a settlement when negotiating a commercial arrangement. He represents clients in Court on a wide range of matters including civil and commercial disputes and resource management cases, but his expertise is primarily in criminal defence and trial work where he thrives on difficult cases.
His focus is on achieving a successful result for his client, and he will explore alternative options for early resolution to minimise the huge stress, cost and inconvenience of the Court process.
